Ingredients for 4 people

4 slices of swordfish

2 cloves of garlic

20 gr of capers

1 handful of pit black olives

300 grams of tomatoes

salt &pepper

1/2 cup of olive oil.

Preparation:

Wash and dry the slices of swordfish. Place them  in a large saucepan with the crushed garlic cloves, capers, olives, coarsely ground, the tomatoes cut into small pieces, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and oil.

Put the pan on the fire with a mid-high flame, and cook for about 15 minutes  turning the slices of fish a couple of times.

Once cooked, the tomato should be well cooked and you should have a thick sauce.

The dish should be served hot!

Siete pronti a deliziare i vostri ospiti? Andiamo ai fornelli!

Ingredienti per 4 persone

4 fette di pesce spada

2 spicchi d’aglio

20 gr di capperi

1 manciata di olive nere snocciolate

300 gr di pomodorini

sale e pepe

1/2 bicchiere di olio

Preparazione:
